Parade magazine hired Jeff to take photos of an
Alaska native village volunteer fire department known as the “Dragon Slayers” for a July 4
th article. These “Dragon Slayers”, from the
village of Aniak,
Alaska are mostly young teenagers who have gone through
EMS (emergency medical services) and fire-fighting training. A great program for young people.
