Deroy here, on the trail assisting Jeff again this year. We are at the Rainy Pass checkpoint for the moment. We stopped here to use the internet and upload some images that Jeff has taken from this morning and afternoon. The Mushers are making their way up the Alaska Range. The trail seems to be holding up and the teams are in good spirits. Rainy Pass is living up to it’s beauty and makes for one of the best spots along the trail to showcase the dogs, mushers, and trail. Here is a few photos from today. We will try to post as often as an internet connection allows!
