Early in the evening last night, my wife and I celebrated the 4th of July with a 15-minute drive, then a 20 minute bike ride followed by a 30-minute hike up to this serene creek in the Chugach Mountains of Chugach State Park. Not many people at the creek by the time we got there…like no one.
During a 15 minute break at the creek turnaround spot I shot this image on a Canon 5D Mark III with 24-105mm f4 lens at 28mm f22 for 30 seconds at ISO 320 using a Singh-Ray 10-stop neutral density filter.
Privileged to live in this beautiful State and in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave!
