What first brought you to Alaska:
I first came to Alaska because of a Field and Stream magazine when I was six years old with a moose on the cover and the lure of hunting in the wilderness in Alaska..
How has Alaska captured your heart?
Alaska has captured my heart because it was fulfilling the dream to be here; raise my family in the wilderness of Alaska.
Describe just one of your favorite “Best Days” or “Most memorable experiences” in Alaska.
My most memorable experience in Alaska was when my wife and I were able to purchase Rainy Pass Lodge, the oldest hunting lodge in Alaska. It was our dream come true.
What in Life do you know for sure?
What I know for sure in life is spending time with family is the most important thing to us here and leaving a legacy to them that we know we’re going to a better place when we’re gone.
