Years involved with Iditarod: 3 TOTAL. THE FIRST YEAR WAS MY ROOKIE CHECK AND TRAINING, AND THE SECOND YEAR I WAS OUT ON THE TRAIL IN 2008. AND THEN I HAVE A BIG GAP, BUT I’M BACK OUT ON THE TRAIL THIS YEAR.

What is your Why?.. Why are you here today and involved in Iditarod?:

THE DOGS KEEP ME COMING BACK. I LOVE WATCHING THEM DO WHAT THEY LOVE AND I WANT TO BE PART OF THAT.

Tell me about your most rewarding experience on Iditarod?:

FLYING INTO RAINY PASS ON A REALLY SUNNY AND BEAUTIFUL DAY WHERE I SAW MOOSE AND THEN I SAW THE DOGS GETTING READY TO COME IN. AND YOU CAN JUST SEE HOW HEALTHY AND VIBRANT THEY WERE. IT WAS EXCITING.
