What first brought you to Alaska:
I first came to Alaska because grew up here in Seward. My parents are both from Switzerland and they moved to Seward, Alaska and yeah, I pretty much grew up there.
How has Alaska captured your heart?
Alaska has captured my heart because I grew up here, so I love every part of it. Tried to leave for a couple of years, couldn’t. It’s just too beautiful. All the mountains and the ocean and definitely the sled dogs..
Describe just one of your favorite “Best Days” or “Most memorable experiences” in Alaska.
My most memorable experience was every winter my family would move out east of Palmer, near Chickaloon where we have a cabin off the road system. So spending winters out there just kind of living off the land a bit.
What in Life do you know for sure?
What I know for sure in life is …complicated. I’m going to say not really anything, but probably that I want to stay in Alaska. Just kind of keep wanting to live here.
